... in an hyperbaric chamber.

My local club is organizing a visit to one of the few hyperbaric chambers located in Brussels, with use of the cylinder itself.

They said this will be counted as a regular dive and registered on the logbook

Anyone tried this?

I feel a bit silly recording a dive without getting into the water.

This seems to me even more stupid than recording training dives in the pool (yes, I know some people who do this).

I would record it in the logbook (as well as the depth we reached and how i felt at the time), but would not count it towards my total dives number

Also, it is a real dive in a sense you'll have to have proper surface interval if you are diving before or after

Would love the opportunity...I'm not sure I'd log the dive as a numbered dive, but definetly log the depth and felings and time...would be a neat experience...ENJOY

I've done it. Its a very interesting experience, you'll enjoy it.

As far as logging it, sure, why not?
