I signed up for a dive trip with The Dive Locker to Monomoy Wrecks on August 5, 10:15 AM, but due to family emergency can not go. Cape Dive Locker has a strict no-cancellation policy -- unless someone else takes my place, they will charge me. Can someone go instead of me on that day?
