As far as I know Yes, its just a serial number change.

The "CE" at the end just means it is approved for sales in Europe (this is a European standard which all dive manufacturers have to conform to if they wish to sell the product there) and certain other countries who have adopted the same standard.

Even here "CE" standards are regarded as normal and often required. Certainly consumers look for it as it guarantees the product has passed certain minimum requirements.
 
Thanks. I was mostly curious because the sherwood site only lists the SRB7600 and not the SR7600CE and it came with a SRB7600 manual. Kind of confusing....
