What is the context? Is it being built as a tourist attraction or a dive training area? Is it in an aquarium? It looks really interesting, just curious if you have more information about it.

What's it called? Is is for scuba or apnea or both? How many people can fit in that thing?

They need to build one in NYC.
 
Looks nice to have the "wreck", "ruins" and "caves". The Nemo33 in Belgium is, as the name says, 33m deep and also has some passages inside but not much decoration.
