Several divers from the Lake Mary Scuba Club traveled to Alexander Springs yesterday to get wet and work on various skills.
Weather reports were for a cooler than normal Florida February day with strong winds. This report put a scare into NETDOC and Louma so they moved their AOW class west to Hudson Grotto.
As we approached the spring entry point the force of the spring it was apparent those undaunted aquanauts were in for a challenge. npatrol: The gusting winds were blowing against the current and piling up waves into the spring. Some as high as 3 inches! :shocked2:
All things considered, we had a good time yesterday. I'm Glad I live and dive in Florida!
