Google failed. I would like the average temperature by month for SE Florida, Ideally, Palm Beach to Ft. Lauderdale area.

Take a look at Big Blue Planet - Holiday diving information for SCUBA divers to use.

What you asked for, worldwide.

Another resource you may be interested in: Go to Milford, Ma Weather-Florida Buoy Data

Click on a particular buoy of interest, say, Lake Worth (LKWF1) . That will take you to the NOAA web page for that buoy. Scoll down and you will find links for accessing long-term historical data for that buoy. You might need to crunch the data to get what you want, but it's there, in case the Blue Planet site doesn't give you the detail you'd like.

That pdfamily site covers other areas besides south Florida, if you want that. In the menu at the top, select Nautical -> and navigate to the area of interest.

The FL Buoy Site Reefduffer listed is a great reference for the entire state but the information specific to Lake Worth won't work because that buoy is down while the inlet seawalls are being rebuilt.

Check post 1 in this thread that shows the Miami surface water temp and it updates hourly: http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/florida-conch-divers/330710-thats-what-i-like-see.html

It's very rare for there to be more than 2 degees difference between Miami and Palm Beach.
