My Wisdom software

Since other folks seem to have problems with the software... I guess I should tell you guys mine.

On one WinXP PC, the drivers/software install fine. When I try to download..
USB Interface FOUND... then Starting Handshake... then Timeout.

I am using the latest software from Sherwood's website:
995.SCI101beta.2.1.0.beta.1.0.exe

Is this really double beta software? lol


Tried installing it on another PC, and can't get the software to load... it just says "Program Terminated".

I like my Sherwood computer... but... the software does not seem to be all that good.

If you read the other post you will notice the no handshake was mostly user error, and considering you did not list the computer or cable you have and the step to download like the other post mostly it's user error. You most likely have a virus on the other computer.

The best thing for you to try first would be to uninstall and then re-install the software as this fixes most/all of these issues. Please try this and let us know if it does not work.
