First time with Reef Encounter

I've booked dates and flights to go to Australia this February. My travel agent has me booked on a live aboard for 2 nights with "Reef Encounter" in Cairns. I was just wondering if people have had positive or negative experiences with them. They supply all gear however I am going to be bringing my own with me and using my drysuit during this time for exposure protection. The only thing I will need supplied is my weights and tanks. This would be my first time on a boat so any tips and tricks would be great to make the trip run more smooth.
