I remember having read a thread here about the math of diving the Titanic on open circuit and I remember the final figure being something like you would need a mix of .4% O2 in your tank to rock the 12500' depths, but I can't find the thread.

Regulators? Am I just not looking in the right place?

I'm also curious about what the theoretical decompression obligations would be for something like this, but don't remember whether that was addressed.

When I saw the title "James Cameron next poject". I thought you were referring to the movie he's making off of Mexico about Free Diving.

Good luck with your search for that thread. I can't find it either.
