This is a very well kept Sealife DC500 5.0MP underwater camera with everything you need to go start taking underwater pics either scuba or snorkeling.
This includes:

DC500 5.0MP digital camera
Underwater housing - rated to 200 ft. I have had this down to 154ft. and have had NO problems with it.
SL-960D underwater Digital flash with synch cord and adjustable arm and extra mount for the 24mm lens below.
SL970 24mm wide-angle lens with protective covers
3 Batteries for worry free power whenever you need it.
2 Chargers so you may charge camera and spare batteries at same time.
All cables to connect camera to computer to view or download
All manuals that came with camera and flash.
2 packages of Moisture Munchers - for making sure there is no fogging in camera housing.
A spare O-ring for camera housing.
Padded camera carrying case - this fits everything you see in the above pic.
All of the above is in perfect working order and has only been used on 5 scuba trips.
I have included some pics that I took with this camera, as you can see it does a pretty good job.
Yes that is a whale shark...about 25 feet long.
