Bio Dry FX, NIck, help with sizing,

Hello Nick, wanted to say i just my Bio dry and I am beyond excited to try it. I had a few questions about sizing I am in between the SM sizing for everything except the foot pocket, my she size is a 8-9. WIth the Medium I am on the bottom end of the sizing chart/ I ordered a medium suit with the wearforce feet. I tried them on with some booties and a few other shoe options, but i find that they are super super baggy in the foot. Would I be better off with a small over the medium?? thanks,
