Alarms on the Liquivision X1

Hi.

I'm considering to buy a Liquivision X1. How does it notify you of an alarm? By sound and visual? If visual does it change color on the value that has the alarm?

The X1 doesn't change color -- it only has yellow and black.

I don't know about sounds, because I have the alarms turned off on mine, but when it's unhappy about something on the screen, that value will blink.

Do you use on all dives?

Yes, I use it on all dives, and I have occasionally annoyed it, like on Monday, when I forgot to set it for the 30/30 we were diving, and the O2 we were using for deco. It thinks I did a 60 minute dive in Ginnie on air, and am now dead. But it was polite about it.
