This is the scary part: "The city of Valdosta utility department has located a sanitary sewer overflow which has spilled into the Withlacoochee River." Don't they have a GIANT alarm that sounds when they have a major spill happening? Sounds like an upgrade is needed. The flood gate opens and alarms should start sounding all over the place. :shakehead: Of course they make light of the spill, and it is probably hardly even mentioned.
