Steve Lewis is an excellent instructor who I think often runs courses there.
Another vote for Steve Lewis. Did my SM training with him at Gilboa. He's doing another SM class there labor day weekend if you don't mind going there over Dutch. I'm teaching a wreck course there the same weekend.
