ATMOS ai downloaded temperature log issue

I have an Ai and use the Aeris downloader. They work well, but I've noticed that the temperature values in the history log never get warmer, i.e., it appears only to be logging the minimum temp reached at any point during the dive. Has anyone else noticed this? I contacted Aeris about this and after repair attempts they sent me a new Ai, but it has the same problem. Not that big a deal, but if anyone knows of a fix, I'd love to hear about it.
