Hi Chris,
The following link suggests there is a dealer named "Aquifer Tec" which is located near Mount Gambier in South Australia - http://www.cavedivers.com.au/sites/default/files/finder/images/supporters/ptdl.jpg. However, its website (Aquifer Tec - Home - Aquifer Tec) has no mention of Oxycheq. In absence of any mention of an australian dealer on the Oxycheq website, I would suggest contacting the NZ dealer.

Another option is that Cave Adventurers stocks their gear - and ships internationally.
