Was just getting ready to send in my premium to DAN when I read this forum http://www.scuba-forum.com/forums/dan_insurance/dan_insurance.html . Any truth to this and if so whats the next choice?
It's old news, It was resolved in April. Here's a link: https://www.diversalertnetwork.org/news/article.asp?newsid=757

fwiw it's worth, I just renewed my Dan membership last month. Imho CDNN just sensationalizes everything. But make up your own mind. Other insurance options:

I agree about about CDNN sensationalizing everything. They are as bad as CNN.

I researched all the companies in detail and DAN preferred was the best option for my hubby and me. It covers dive emergencies as well as trip insurance.
