Since the "Avoidable Tragedy" thread has drifted off into pond diving and spandex, here's a fresh start...
Quick summary: A 40 something lady diving the Yukon with her husband and brother-in-law dies with nearly a full tank. According to the two men she did a "now you see me, now you don't" while they were preoccupied with a loose tank problem.
Has the autopsy been released?
From the original description of the mishap, my gut feeling has been that this diver likely suffered some physically debilitating event like stroke or heart attack... or... foul play.

It's interesting that you say that Rick, I talked to a couple of eyewitnesses that had their suspitions, but won't come out and say it. There is one thing in the whole sequence that raises an eyebrow... I'll say more once the autopsy results get out.
