Today I went for an evening dive at a local rec center. Hastily organized my gear and headed out, eager to get in the water. After arriving, changing, and getting on deck to kit up, I realized i left my Aeris Atmos AI on my dresser! I decided it was not worth the trouble descending not knowing how much air i had left to breathe and aborted the dive. All that excitement drowned out as walked back to change. Thankfully the staff were nice enough to reimburse me for my own shortcoming. Always make sure every piece of equipment is accounted for, checklists are there for a reason. Maybe I'll start follwing that logic
