im looking for a dive comp under $300 thats a console so im looking at these two: aeris xr1 navcon or oceanic veo 100 navcon. which one should i get?

Basically the same computer with graphic changes and the display is slightly different. If you happen to find a Veo 100nx that would give you the option of diving nitrox.

I had bought a Veo 100nx for my daughter. Took it home and read the manual. I liked everything about it except for one thing - it lacked an audible alarm. 
Ended up returning the computer. Gave my daughter my old (3 months old) UWATEC Smart Com and got myself a VT3.
