Where would be the best place to learn freediving in August in Pacific region?

Except for Egypt (Well, it is not Pacific anyway..) & Thailand.

I'm thinking of Palau, but wondering there is any freediving school in Palau.

I also want to do some SCUBA diving after some free divings.
