New to diving

Hello all, my name is Jeremy and I am new to diving. I started with a discovery dive in Guam, and ended up doing my cert in Pattaya Beach, Thailand. So far I am having a blast. I am stationed in San Diego, but am currently on deployment to the Western Pacific. Not sure what else to put here, other than to say that I hope to meet some interesting people.

Hi Jeremy, congrats on the cert. You are in a part of the world that has some of the best diving (take advantage of it while you are there). I was in the Navy years ago and now wish I had been certified when I was in. Alas, it now means that I have to get back to some of those places to dive in the future.

I hear good things about SD when you get back there. There is a big contingent on SB in your area. So get to know some people there for when you get back and maybe you all can meet up when get off the deployment.
