Hello from Ketchikan Alaska

I have been cruising the board for a few weeks and decided to join in the fun and say "Hello". My husband and I certified with Saunya @ Wind & Water in May and we are currently working on our Advanced Open Water certificate.

I was not sure at first if I would like diving, especially in cold water but have found that I am hooked. My hubby & I are preparing for a trip to cozumel for our 20th anniversary and I am sooo looking forward to diving in warm water and without a hood and gloves. Dry suits are kewl but hoods ... well I could do without.

I also need to say thanks to Saunya for being the most patient and encouraging instructor you could ever find. Without her I really could not have done it. Also to "Handsome" for being such a patient man and a wonderful dive buddy.
