Rover 2nd Stage cover damaged after several years of use

Hi,

After bought the entry level regulator Rover complete set with BC, my regulator cover is now damaged. Both of them is damaged. I cannot find the replacement in my country and also in online webstore. My questions:

Where can I buy those cover ?
How to maintain the cover so I can use it last longer ?
Heard from a friend that is cheaper to bought the 2nd stage rather than bought the cover replacement. Is it true ?

Any response to my questions would be appreciate.
