I stated this in the aeris forum http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/aeris/382648-email-not-being-answered.html

Since there are several people in this forum and the oceanic forum not getting their email answered maybe they need to use one of those chat program and also work a weekends as well. The chat program will help the oversea and vacationer’s .What do you guy’s think?

oceanic and aeris are the same company why don't they combine them and make it easier on everybody.
 
I love the convenience of support via chat or email, but sometimes you just have to drop a dime... I have had really outstanding tech support from Oceanic when I have called them. How often do you get to talk to the person who is actually going to repair/inspect your rig!
