Hi guys
I really need some help. I've had an Epl-2 in PT-EP03 for some time and just bought a Zen dome port. I've read the instructions and removed the screw inside the housing and tried to rotate the port as it says in the instructions...nothing happens and there's a hint of blood in my mouth.

Please anyone...is there a trick to it? In the instructions it's recommended that you remove the double O-rings while travelling. I've been on a few flights with the flatport on, without removing the o-rings, could there be vacum that Ihave to fight?

You need to buy a strap wrench to remove the flat port. I never have trouble getting the Zen port off but if I leave the flat port on I need a strap wrench to get it off. The more you take it off an on the easier it gets. I have actually broken one strap wrench but they aren't that expensive.

Yeah, that sounds like a way to go. Thanks!

Tell me about it!

Anyways, I've managed to turn the flat port 90 degrees. Now, how the #"/%!! am I getting the port out? I know Zen recommends to remove the two o-rings while travelling. Is that because there might build up a slight vacuum between them? If so, is that what I'm fighting at the moment?

It's done! After rotating the port a couple of times back and forth, it suddenly just popped out when I put some pressure on it.
