Hi Marwan - I'm Jay. Do you live in Alexandria? I am looking desperately for a dive operator - or at least a place to get tanks and take me (legally) to the historic sites.

I lived in Alexandria for quite awhile, there are one or two diving centers there I can think of that can take you to the sunken city. Mainly only works with Egyptian local divers, and it's legal and not that hard, usually get searched by military when leaving waters to make sure you didn't take anything.
