Do you have O2 clean tanks? If so, Pacific Wilderness does and they have two shops. One is in San Pedro or long beach and the other is in Orange or Anaheim. I'm sure Hollywood Divers does as well.

In Orange County here are the ones I know of (there may be others):

Requires O2 clean (they blend):

Beach Cities Dana Point
Beach Cities Laguan Beach
Beach Cities Cypress
Sea Stallion Scuba (can pay $200 /yr. for unlimited NITROX fills) (Lake Forest)
Open Water Habitat (Santa Ana)

Fills will cost between $16-20 depending where you go.

Not O2-Clean (membrane fills):

Ocean Gear (Huntington Beach)

Ocean Safari Scuba in San Gabriel also does Nitrox between 32% & 36%.

No O2-cleaned tank requires. I "think" it's either $10 or $12 a fill.

Eco Dive Center in Culver City also has Nitrox but it's the most expensive joint I've yet seen - $14+ a fill. No O2-cleaned tank requires there either.

New England Divers in Long Beach fills 32% off banks (no cleaning). Only problem is you have to wait in the shop and it takes a while.

He WILL NOT let you leave tanks and is quite an ass about that policy.

$12/fill.

Pacific Wilderness San Pedro:
Fill Rates

Pacific Wilderness in Orange does not do Notrox, only San Pedro.

Scuba School of America in Montclair and Openwater Habitat in Santa Ana do ANDI SafeAir and give you various mixes.

Std 32% is about $12 a fill.
