I have the 5th, 6th, and 7th, off from work ... whatever shall I do with the time??

I'll check the Dana Point ferry and see what time I can be out there

... from Dana Point ... soonest I can get there is 11:15 (9:45am departure) .. I have to leave at 9:45am Thursday though
... From Long Beach ... departs 6am & 10am Tuesday .. leaves 2pm & 5:45pm Thursday (plus extra hour of driving to get to Long Beach )
