Can anyone tell me or point me towards a thread that explains the difference between SSI's Technical Foundation class and their Extended Range class?

I did my Tech/Extended thru SSI......It's a combo of equipment, greater depth, higher nitrox and mixed gas ( Trimix, Heliox, Helitrox etc.).....Whole course was just going into greater detail about things like CNS, DCI, NDL, gas planning, advanced deco etc......The prerequisites for each section (certifications) varied: so many dives, certain certifications, basic nitrox, cavern, rescue, minimum age etc.......Using multiple formulas to plan multiple dives w/different gases at different depths and different deco gases......If you have a good instructor, you'll have a much better understanding of dive physiology & equipment......You'll learn the tech foundation, so you can do extended range......
