A quick clip of my 15 yr old failing on a dive. Took a shot with a bad angle and missed. I still thought it was a decent dive.

DumpsterDiver:

That was an awesome dive. You've got a young lad that can freedive to about 50-60 feet with a 1.5 minute dive time. That is dam good. He descended very easily and was very composed at the bottom. Look at how still he remained and how slowly/deliberately he moved. So when he hits 70-80 feet, get him a pair of C4 or Moana Waterman fins. Also, get him some "bling" with that nice Mako AR-15 / ETR speargun that they just released.

thanks.. He did deeper dives that day, but that was the only dive I filmed him on. We were doing scuba and freediving so he had his very inexpensive mako plastic fins ($50).

The coolest part of all of this is that you get to dive with your kids.

It pleases me to no end to say that the vast majority of my dives to date have been with my son. Your kids are doing you proud.

I took that video and added it to some other clips from the same weekend.. A mix of scuba and freediving...
