Cavern In Doubles?

Any agencies allow cavern to be done in doubles? Thanks.

I did TDI cavern and intro cave in doubles .

I think it is up to the instructor.

Ken Paramore (Kenny P) is more than OK with it.

I did mine in doubles --took a little bit of getting used to but I'm glad I did. When I went on to apprentice and full cave, I was very comfortable with double steel 120s or 130s.

Four of us did our Cavern and Intro with doubles through TDI & NACD. GDI was the instructor. Great classes and training. It definitely prepared us for Apprentice and Full.

("very comfortable" Toorish? I'm not sure many would describe carrying 120's out of Challenge comfortable--but then again that was Full, not Cavern)

IANTD allows it too...

NACD allows it - at the instructor's discretion I believe.

Did mine with Dan Patterson in High Springs - highly recommended.
