Where would I place the trim weight at then?

I guess what I call a trim weight, others would call a tail weight.

You put it on the lower bolt, inbetweem tank and BP.

TSandM had a good point, if your harness is not adjusted properly it can put more weight up on your shoulders instead of lower.

I've yet to come accross anyone in double 95's that was not head heavy unless they were really short.

I would assume that the shorter you are the more head heavy you are..

My wife is short and trims out in 95's, the tanks and wing are the length of her body so its not like all the weight is up on her shoulders. (dive rite classic wing)

Ankle Weights :)

/me runs for cover.....

(I've got totally the opposite problem, in drysuit or wetsuit in a single tank im always foot heavy which is irritating!. Fine with twins as im assuming they counter balance it somewhat).

Im planning to go to LP120's at some point.. Im sure there is some way that I can get the 95's to work..

There is, do everything everyone is suggesting here, tail weights can on the belt jet/turtle fins etc but thats just adding weight to your entire kit to trim out tanks that are too short, its a bolt on fix.

I'd strongly suggest you test drive double LP120's if you plan on back mounting them, those are some stupidly massive tanks and your not exactly a tall fellow for tanks that size.

Those are overly massive tanks unles you like 6'7"

Wear a weight belt (or take weight off your rig and put it on your belt) and shove it down an inch or two.
