OMG- and all this time I've pictured you as a tall beautiful Amazon Goddess..just goes to show ya what an imagination I've got.:rofl3:

Well of course she is:

I keep telling her: No dive knives!

OMG is right!!! A tall Amazon Goddess??? Hate to burst your bubble, but we're talking short - 5'4" and -even worse - (as another diver friend likes to say) ... "fluffy!"

Another tall diver on island? Good news! If you ever see two 2 meter tall guys hiking around with gear on their backs that would be my son and I.

Well the DH is a shade under 2 meters (at 6'4") but he does stand out on an island of height challenged people! And it sounds like you & your son do as well!! LOL!!

LOL- my friend once had a cat named "fluffy" .Come to think of it, she didn't look like a tall, beautiful amazon goddess either ! :)

This March list is way toooooo long. No wonder there isn't anyone left for April. Guess I'm gonna have a nice quiet vacation on a "deserted island".:D

Just completed our Nitrox certification in time for March in Coz. Any thoughts on whether to take the Padi drift diving certification? We're gonna be drftning anyway, is the course helpful or interesting?

The drift diving course is interesting but unless you will be the one I charge of the float/marker it won't serve much of a purpose in Cozumel. I would let the guide handle all that and just enjoy the dives.

Is it March yet??? Fine tuning your buoyancy would be much more helpful on your trip, this is the foundation everything else is build on. Then you can add skills like shooting a bag.
