Just curious, how many of your Aldora dives were led by the owner himself?

That makes the dive better than a non-owner DM/instructor?

No, I don't mean one of the biggest dive ops on the island.

I've never dived with Dave, but I thought you said direct interaction with the owner, not the owner is your dive master.

If that's now the bar, your previous statement about there being over a hundred dive ops to choose from I think isn't going to be accurate and you're not probably looking at maybe less than a dozen that will meet your interaction criteria.

Direct interaction with the owner and personal service.

Nothing is more personal and direct as when the owner washes the pee out of your wetsuit.

How much direct interaction? Jeremy answers e-mails, the phone, does the dive briefing, checks me in, and takes my money when I leave.

In my previous post I said there are a hundred other dive shops. Then I said I like the small ops better. Both statements are accurate.

Dave or non-Dave female? How does one choose between two perfect options?

Second that! We are there for three weeks diving with them in May. (Tres Pelicanos)

Good thing there are so many great operators on Cozumel, each of us has their favorites. I'll stick with mine.

Well I'm very happy to see all the passion for so many Cozumel dive ops, as well as Cozumel in general. I spent more time there in the 80s and 90s, had a couple dives last year and remembered how sweet it is.
I didn't mean to start a pissing contest... Looking forward to 10 days of Cozumel, thanks to all of you for your input.
