I think you'd need to add some blanking plugs to make that 'ready to dive'.

It looks very nice, given its extreme age, but only a collector is gonna fork out for that stuff surely?

Well I would add an inflator hose and another second. Funny how people assume their new Regs are any different internally over an ancient thing like a MK 5.

Suitable for as cold as I want to dive, I have used both of these in 52/54° water, ice diving no get a diaphragm regulator for that.

It varies here but sometimes you have to cut a hole in the surface to see the water.

Not for me, I think you would actually need a sealed diaphragm first stage for that, or pack these with silicone.

Further reduction of excess stuff.

I think you're selling it too cheap, you should sell it over here...

I dove Mk-10/109-156 stages in the balmy 38 degree temps of Lake Erie for years. I also use the 109/156 on my pony with a MK-2 for Ice/Solo. I'd use them as a travel reg too, but I respect the vintage chrome too much to put them in salt water. G250 and variants for that.

There is a reason I have 12-15 109/156 stages.... The Mk-5 & Mk-10 are legendary, and actually the current design of a number of piston regulators.

I am amazed of the "newer must be better/old stuff is junk" mentality for scuba regulators. There has been little to no significant improvement in open circuit regulators for decades. There is a reason I dive my double hoses frequently.
