I'm still feeling out the market. After a lot of feedback from divers using the #35 they noted that it's compact size made it just a little larger than the #23 and they didn't mind having the extra lift available even when diving with single tanks and minimal thermal protection.
Cool. I can see that. I wonder how much bigger is the 35#. Might need to get a new wing for my other set up soon.

I have the #35 and its awesome even without a wetsuit on. Zero drag and very compact. Im glad i went for it. The #23 was right on the limit for me and really only a hair smaller than the #35.

Man!

If I now follow OWIC647 will I get emails when a new thread is started? (This is a digression/vent. apologies.)

He has continued the low price special so not too late if that is your concern.

Okay, so I admit that this is incredibly lame, but, I am now too close to a big family vacation. I could have sold the idea to the better half earlier in the month. And for the record, she is crazy supportive of my addictions. Maybe it is harder for me to sell to myself this close to vacay. Or maybe I'm just bitter that my parents didn't make me a trust fund baby. :)

I paid 260 for my VDH #18 wing. I think the 35 was priced somewhere around 300. The comparable Oxycheq wing #18 runs 320 to 350.

Long boring answer to this....When I first got into private label wing sales I had no idea how many I would sell (or not sell) So I could not guarantee the manufacturer X amount of volume. I had to pay a higher price for the small quantity I ordered which is typical. NOW I have a somewhat risky arrangement that I ORDER a larger volume to get a better price, they have them in stock in their warehouse but I only pay for what I want to order right away. BUT if I don't order all that are made for me by August they charge my credit card for the balance.
I could have taken the reduced product cost in profit and still sold wings but I thought it better to offer them at a cheaper price, move more wings and get more happy customers, good feedback and exposure instead. Wing prices as they are will stay the same for all sizes though the summer. :)
