Atlantic Stingray

Time: Mid-afternoon

I dug this photo up out of my Archived Slides. It was taken in the Cayman Islands, Grand Cayman North Sound. The dive spot was the famous “StingrayCity”. This image was shot late afternoon in about 15 feet of water. There were plenty of us down there with the stingrays, so we kicked up a lot of silt.

I scanned this slide last night and did some adjustments in Photoshop. Anyone have a good way to eliminate back scatter from an image, without %@$&*?# it up?
