DX1200 Locking Up

Just purchased a replacement DX1200HD (flooded my first camera) :doh:. The first camera worked flawlessly. The new camera occasionally freezes and the only way to unlock the camera is to remove the battery (obviously an issue at depth). I go back and forth from still pics to video mode. Has anyone experienced this. Any suggestion on how to fix.

Hi,
This is a big problem with this model. It appears to be an inherrent fault. Mine froze on nearly every dive in the red sea last month!!!!!
There is a lot of posts on this but they are within another topic and I cant find them at the moment for you.
I have just taken mine back to the retailer hoping for a repair/replacement.
I have e maied sea and sea but they wont reply on the subject.

My advice get it back to them as soon as you can!
