I don't know that you can buy them direct from the manufacturer but they are relatively easy to find. Do a search on RBW and you will find lots available.
they are not easy to find , legal ones are very hard to find that is ones deleted by the military as usually they dont , yopu cant send them out of the us legally even bringing legal ones BACK into the us is a pain , but there is a guy in europe thats building clones from dolphin and ray parts look hom up on rebreather world he goes by rgmag
