Which filter??

Which filter color works best for freshwater diving in the great lakes? I've only found red filters that go over the GoPro dive housing so far.

This is a good video showing the GR in action. Unfortunately We don't have this in a Dome slip over filter for the GoPro Dive housing, only the BlurFix's. Hope this helps....

If you dive mostly green waters then the GR should be your best option, this atm can only work with the Blurfix as I dont think there is a gr dome for the gopro dive housing in the works yet, but there will be some more options announced for the new hero3 housings by SRP at DEMA so keep your eyes open for that.

Not sure if this is what you're asking, but a magenta filter is recommended for green water.
