You are lucky to have had such a nice dive last week! I lugged all my diving equipment from Toronto to Miami last week Monday dreaming of a two-tank dive I had booked for Wednesday on the Spiegel Grove. The weather on Monday & Tuesday was fine, but Tuesday night brought a big storm & Wednesday morning the weather was ugly - dull, grey & raining. Called the dive shop at 8:40 am and was told to come on down. Picked up a rental car and by 10 am was driving down US 1. Less than 15 minutes into the drive I got a call from the dive shop telling me all dives were cancelled... Thursday, Friday & Saturday I had family festivities - which all took place in, you guessed it, beautiful, sunny weather. And to add insult to injury, my suitcase was 18lbs overweight, which cost $100 dollars in excess baggage each way. The car was $60. GRRRR!!!!!
