Well, it didn't float in Cozumel waters long. I hope someone grabbed it, still has it, sees this, and contacts you. I hope you also and contact info on/in the camera or card. If it's still floating, it'd be closer to Cuba by now I think, unless it got caught on something. Worth asking around for sure.
