I agree with Bjorn,

Circulate your cleaning solution with a small pump (fish aquarium) "Or Pond pump for more flow rate into bucket"
I can't recall the recommended flow rate - 1 lpm?. Recommended time is 15 minutes. Rinse the same way.

Last step for me it to connect all hoses cleaned and then blow either scuba air or even better nitrogen through for drying same as drying 02 cleaned tanks. No 02 equals no rust. Nitrogen is about $30 for an e tank.
