You might try directly contacting Huish Outdoors (sales@huishoutdoors.com) which now owns Zeagle, in the US (Salt Lake City, +1-714-375-1433). The company has a German operation, which is the Huish hub for Zeagle distribution in Europe and the Middle East, but I would start with the US. Zeagle.com doesn't list a retailer for Zeagle products in Israel, unfortunately.
