Actually there are enough bridge trolls who would be more than happy to show you around the site that you shouldn't need a guide. Depending upon your gas consumption you should have 2 to 3 hours of dive time so plan your thermal protection accordingly.
If I go the east I get about 2.5 hours (into the current) if I go west (with current) I can get about 3 hours with an hp steel 100 tank starting with about 3500 pounds.
