Will the OC1 go on special then?

I've got a Polar F55 fantastic watch/monitor I wear it all the time (the watch part that is). My query was relating to the mode of workout - are we going for speed or are we trying to move heavy weights.

My girlfirend recently did here OW course and had a blown O-ring. Looking at buying my own equipment in the near future I might invest in DIN regulators.

I don't think reliability would be a concern as enough people are buying them as they recently moved to a larger factory and have a 6 month waiting list to get one built. Although they do say "a fool and his money are soon parted"

Nimrod Explorer looks good! A little bit pricey, but it is a much smaller boat than the other ones I was looking at (From what I can gather smaller boats have better diving). I'll have to get a price off them for AOW training. Which tour did you do with them aMc10?
