    What Reg should I buy.

I really like my scubapro balanced 109's on a mk10. They breathe extremely well and I don't have too much money in them. A good book to read is linked below if you want to get into servicing your own gear. http://www.airspeedpress.com/newregbook.html Sent from my GS3

Thinking about starting my own mini salvage business, input?

Having worked on a greens crew at a country club I would not touch the water in those ponds with a 10 foot pole. For example, we would dye our water royal blue for tournaments. Our fairways, greens and tees were sprayed at least twice a week with fertilizer, herbicides and pesticides. The...

    I'm too stiff

Usually using your arms is a sign of being overweighted which is common for new divers. I know I was my first dive. Play with your buoyancy by decreasing the amount of weight you are using in small incriments. Were you in a jacket BC or did you have a weight belt on? Assuming you were in a...

    Backplate wing setup for entry/transition

I'm still in my BC but dive gear express is an awesome company to deal with. Give them a call and they can answer almost any question. I'm looking into switching to a BP/W too eventually.

    Scuba al tank/stickers

I put a DAN dive flag sticker with their number on my tanks, makes them easier for me to spot. Also makes their number readily available in case od an emergency. I don't mind if the stickers get ruined. I write my name on the stickers as well but as I really only dive quarries, my tanks don't...

Faber HP 120/ PST HP 80 Steel tanks- Hollywood, FL

If the faber is a High Pressure 120 as you said, it would have a service pressure of 3442 psi. Do you mean a Faber Low Pressure 121?

---------- Post added May 24th, 2013 at 07:36 PM ---------- [/COLOR]I'm not too proud to admit when I've made a mistake. Today, when I bought the backplate the guy at the LDS offered to move the harness over for me. I declined, thinking it would be good to become more familiar with exactly...

    Primary hose length

I dive with the 40" hose with the 90 degree bend on my scubapro 109 and it is very comfortable. Definitely a good choice and much better than the "traditional" configuration. I also use braided hoses from dive gear express which are incredibly flexible compared to rubber. Sent from my Galaxy S III
