Hey, I've been to Belize like 6 or 7 times so I can help you out.:dork2: I think your best bet would be Ambergrise Caye... I did the blue hole from there one morning. Loved it! I can recommend 2 GREAT dive shops and a couple other hotels/resorts...etc. Let me know AC sounds interesting.

Hey guys! I've been to belize 6 times and have stayed in Placencia and San Pedro. I recommend Ambergis if you're doing any diving-- the reef is closer. In addition, there's more opportunity to get groceries, check out the local bars. I heard BZE Shores is good-- I've stayed at White Sands...
