No. No one is supposed to go into the cave. It's narrow and not generally tempting to anyone with the proper certifications.

No, the agency doesn't really matter. Most dive shops are going to recognise most of the larger agencies. If you get to really niche agencies, you might have to explain a little, but generally a c-card is a c-card.
